Documentation Specialist

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manage the supplier approval program
• Review HACCP Documentation
• Review production paperwork
• Review sanitation documentation
• Ship daily samples
• Review COAs and receiving documentation
• Manage the supplier approval program
• Manage the rainforest alliance program
• Oversee internal audit schedule
• Lead the HACCP meetings
• Partake in 3rd party audits
• Submit raw material deviations
• Maintain the contractor contracts
• Working knowledge of how to perform a recall
• Manage hold and release of finished products, completing Positive Release and customer specific release logs
• Other tasks as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of food manufacturing experience
• PCQI certification preferred, but not required
• High School diploma
